EMAIL and DEVICE PASSCODE REQUIREMENTThe CHR Connect mobile and web app that we now use, requires an email address for account creation prior to patients being able to access messages or online booking - Google and Apple ID accounts are supported for login. Patients that do not have email will not have access to messages or online booking at this time. Patients over 12 need to have separate email addresses or email aliases, to have access to the CHR Connect app. Additionally, the mobile app requires that the mobile device has a device passcode set.

Our clinic offers a patient app.
1. Download the ‘TELUS CHR Connect’ app from an app store or access the desktop version at chrconnect.telushealth.com.
2. Sign up for an account.
3. Complete the steps to finalize your registration.
4. The application’s help documentation is rich with information that could address any questions you may have.
If you have issues getting started or questions about the app, you can reach out to your doctors reception staff for more information. When needed, our reception staff will connect you with additional support.
The Telus CHR Connect app enables you to:
View and update some of your demographics
Book appointments with your Primary Provider and in Urgent Care
View upcoming and historical appointments
Complete pre-visit Qnaires
Manage your dependants healthcare (with the same features that you have for your own access)
Communicate securely with the clinic
Participate in secure virtual visits (including chat, voice and video calls)
