Dr. Erin Gordey, MD, FRCSC
Orthopaedic surgeon with special interest in knee and shoulder arthroscopy
Dr. Gordey obtained her medical degree from the University of Alberta, completed an orthopaedic residency at the University of Toronto, and a clinical fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at Dalhousie University in Halifax.
She started her practice at C.W. Wiebe Medical Centre in 2018. Dr. Gordey holds an appointment with the University of Manitoba and is involved with teaching residents and medical students. She is an active member of several sport medicine associations, including the Arthroscopy Association of Canada (AAC), the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA), the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM), and the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA). Dr. Gordey is also a member of the Manitoba Orthopaedic Society Executive (MOSE) and the Canadian Orthopaedic Association (COA).
